Confirm approved sample
The final goods should be compared with the approved sample for fabric, color, fit, workmanship, labels and packaging.
Check measurements by size
Randomly check key measurements from each size, including chest, waist, hip, length, sleeve, shoulder and inseam where relevant.
Inspect visible workmanship
Look for loose threads, skipped stitches, stains, holes, broken zippers, twisted seams, uneven hems and incorrect labels.
Review packing details
Check size stickers, barcodes, hang tags, care labels, poly bags, carton marks and carton quantity before shipment.
Record issues clearly
When defects are found, take photos and note quantity, severity and repair options. Clear records help the factory correct problems quickly.
