Fabric and trim control
Quality control starts before sewing. Buyers should confirm fabric composition, color, weight, hand feel, shrinkage and trim quality before bulk cutting begins.
Cutting and measurement control
Accurate cutting protects fit. Naidinise checks pattern, size chart and measurement tolerance so women’s apparel, kidswear and men’s casual products remain consistent.
Sewing inspection points
Seam strength, stitch density, thread cleaning, zipper placement, button attachment and hem finishing should be checked during production instead of waiting until all goods are packed.
Final packing control
